In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking meals for our patients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals for patients,Ensure that all meals are prepared according to the highest standards of hygiene and safety,Work with the kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines,Assist in the training and development of new kitchen staff,Prepare and maintain accurate food inventory and cost records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food preparation techniques,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Valid food safety certification
