📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration,Manage and mentor operational staff, providing guidance and support,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Monitor and control operational costs to ensure profitability,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide reports to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proven track record of achieving operational goals and objectives
