📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and manage centralized schedules for sea freight operations using advanced scheduling software such as Kuehne & Nagel's proprietary system and SAP.
• Coordinate with global agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Optimize shipping routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sea freight logistics.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong and capable team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sea freight logistics, with a focus on centralized scheduling.
• Proven experience with scheduling software such as Kuehne & Nagel's proprietary system and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
