Hotel Anggi Coffee is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from our office in Jimbaran, Bali, and remotely. We are offering a competitive salary of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist with employee training and development programs.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Handle HR-related administrative tasks and ensure accuracy of HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
