📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring that stock records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to management on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that all financial records are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including tax returns and financial audits.
• Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for clients, ensuring that all information is accurate and presented in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide training and support to other team members on financial and accounting procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory accounting or a related role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
