📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Inspect and maintain all hotel facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major maintenance projects.
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Train and supervise maintenance staff as needed.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or related field.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Valid certification in electrical safety (e.g., NECA, OSHA).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
