📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and engage employees.,Evaluate training programs and gather feedback to improve effectiveness.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage the entire training process, from planning to execution and evaluation.,Provide support and guidance to employees during the training process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training methods.,Experience in creating and delivering training programs for remote workers.
