📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, including cakes, pies, and desserts, to meet customer demands and maintain high-quality standards.,Create and maintain recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in all pastries.,Manage inventory and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients.,Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless integration of pastries into the overall menu.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items and seasonal specials.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.,Willingness to work remote and flexible hours.
