Gate Bay Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing excellent support to our employees. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and a competitive salary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR-related matters.,Handle employee benefits administration, including payroll and leave management.,Facilitate communication between employees and management, addressing any HR-related concerns.,Conduct employee training and development programs as required.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Good organizational and time management skills.
