📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in managing and coordinating training activities.,Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to improve training programs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant data.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Support the Learning and Development team in managing budgets and resources.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
