📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to our team members.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop training materials.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and employee development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development principles and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
