📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning,Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals,Present proposals and reports to senior management to secure approval for new business initiatives,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners,Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals,Strong negotiation and communication skills,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
