🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial shipping and business development, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven experience in managing tugboat and barge operations.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with maritime industry software, such as SAP and Navisphere.
• Valid maritime certification and safety training.
