In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that we provide exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.,Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.,Manage the hotel's budget and financial performance, working closely with the Finance Department.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.,Monitor and analyze guest feedback and customer satisfaction metrics.,Work closely with the General Manager to ensure that the hotel meets all regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Lead and mentor the hotel's management team, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations and management practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
