📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the store operations and ensuring smooth daily transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.,Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in inventory management, including stock taking and reordering of products.,Support the Shop Assistant in implementing sales promotions and special offers.,Assist in cash handling and maintaining accurate financial records.,Collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your retail skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and customer service.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
