Code Glow Pratama is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. We are looking for a professional who can handle various HR tasks and contribute to the growth and development of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for supporting our team members.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
