Sumber Gilang Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Medan. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with remote support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Oversee the performance of staff, providing training and support as needed to ensure consistent quality of service.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.,Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and company policies.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new initiatives and best practices.,Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in managing staff and operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in using computer software and technology relevant to the role, such as POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and company policies.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer trends is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
