📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize delivery times.,Ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.,Conduct regular performance reviews of delivery drivers, providing feedback and support for professional development.,Maintain accurate records of delivery performance, including delivery times, customer feedback, and vehicle maintenance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and supervising a team of delivery drivers.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in Binjai, Sumatera Utara.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with delivery management software and systems.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
