PT Pilar Bukit is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing engineering projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.,Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure projects stay on track.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets specifications.,Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.,Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices.,Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
