As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly welcome.,Check guests in and out, and assist with their check-in/check-out procedures.,Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with front desk operations, including reservations and room assignments.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Provide information about the hotel's amenities, facilities, and local attractions.,Assist with event planning and coordination for meetings and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
