📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests and ensure their needs are met.,Maintain accurate records of visitor and guest information.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Handle mail and packages, and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate recipients.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Assist with event planning and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Professional and courteous demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian language.
