📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with various departments to understand their staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations to the management team.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates and industry professionals.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
