Moon Quick Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support to employees. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation.,Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.

🛠️ Keahlian

HR software proficiency (e.g.SAP SuccessFactorsBambooHR).Experience with payroll systems.Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques.Understanding of employee relations and conflict resolution.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
