HAVEN Group is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Maintain food safety and quality standards, and ensure compliance with health regulations.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the HAVEN Group team to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
