Agung Fitri Auto Service is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our service centers and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality of service. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that will help us achieve our business objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service centers, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Manage and develop the performance of the service center team, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.,Ensure that all service center policies and procedures are followed and that all employees are aware of their responsibilities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the service centers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the automotive service industry.,Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the automotive industry and service standards is a plus.
