📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing distribution processes.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of distribution channels to identify compliance issues.
Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
Investigate and report any compliance violations to senior management.
Provide guidance and training to distribution staff on compliance best practices.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, particularly in distribution or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, especially those related to distribution and business operations.
Proven experience in conducting audits and inspections.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiarity with compliance management systems and tools.
