PT Jaya Cipta is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Field Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Kulon Progo region. If you have a proven track record in sales and a passion for building strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
