📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics and healthcare providers.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and dental conferences to network and generate leads.,Train and mentor junior sales team members to ensure consistent performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role in the dental industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the dental market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
