📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.,Conducting regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Collaborating with procurement and production teams to ensure timely and adequate stock levels.,Generating regular inventory reports and providing insights to support decision-making.,Implementing and enforcing inventory control policies and procedures.,Training and mentoring junior inventory staff on inventory management best practices.,Ensuring compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Inventory Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations.
