This role is crucial in supporting A*STAR's mission to foster innovation and excellence in science and technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing scholarship programs and international awards, with a strong understanding of the academic and research landscape.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent through scholarships and international awards.,Manage the entire lifecycle of scholarship programs, from application to award and follow-up.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the scholarship and awards programs.,Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.,Represent A*STAR at national and international events and conferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, industry partners, and government agencies.,Oversee the administration of international awards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.,Lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve program goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in education, business administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing scholarship programs or international awards.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing scholarship programs.,Strong understanding of academic and research standards and trends.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with international scholarship and award programs is a plus.
