📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with dialysis procedures.,Assist in the preparation and administration of dialysis treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs.,Assist in the administration of the dialysis unit, including equipment maintenance and sterilization.,Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and fellow healthcare professionals.,Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.,Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in dialysis or related specialty.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with dialysis equipment and procedures.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid nursing license and certification (if applicable).,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
