📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock control and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and assets.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Lead and mentor warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control.,Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
