📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of clinical laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology using advanced equipment such as the Sysmex XN-550i and Beckman Coulter AU5800.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze specimens, interpret results, and document findings accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate diagnostic information.
• Adhere to strict quality control procedures and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high standards of laboratory practice.
• Contribute to the improvement of laboratory processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• A degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in a high-volume diagnostic lab.
• Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, quality control procedures, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 15189, GLP).
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, including LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
