Your daily tasks will involve conducting market research, attending industry events, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and convert potential clients through targeted marketing and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics.
• Drive sales of premium medical aesthetic products and services, including non-surgical facelifts, skin rejuvenation, and anti-aging treatments.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with key stakeholders and promote our brand.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with medical aesthetic products and treatments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
