Stripe is looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer to join our Risk team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that help our customers manage and mitigate risks effectively. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create designs that align with Stripe's vision and values. This is a remote position, and the salary is negotiable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design of user interfaces for Stripe's risk management tools and features.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and refine product requirements.,Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to communicate design ideas and solutions.,Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs and expectations.,Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design.,Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of designs.,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for complex systems and user flows.,Proven track record of designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for risk management tools and features.,Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address design challenges and opportunities.
