📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client accounts and relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and present financial reports and analyses using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Track and manage client financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Attend and present at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain relevant and competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts management or a similar role.
• Proven experience using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
