Export Manager - Global Logistics & Supply Chain Leadership

You will work closely with our team of logistics experts, leveraging tools like SAP and TMS to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize end-to-end export processes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Utilize SAP and TMS to track shipments, manage inventory, and analyze performance metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve export efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all export activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the export team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing export operations and driving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and TMS is a plus.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
