As a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive at Bacha Coffee, you'll work closely with our HR team to identify hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies. You'll use tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems to attract and assess candidates, ensuring we find the best fit for our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selections
• Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and hiring decisions
• Support the HR team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Passion for coffee and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
