📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement entrepreneurship programs that align with Solve Education's mission and values.
• Design curriculum and learning materials that foster innovation and critical thinking.
• Manage a team of educators and program coordinators to ensure program success.
• Collaborate with industry partners to bring real-world opportunities to students.
• Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Represent Solve Education at industry events and conferences.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in education and entrepreneurship.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in educational program development and management.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing innovative educational programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using educational software and platforms such as Google Workspace, Moodle, and other learning management systems.
• Certification in entrepreneurship or educational program management is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
